Hello Yoga friends!
It's May already and there are only 3 weeks left to sign up for the June 5th workshop," Yoga and Art, A Day Long Retreat"
This event is being held at the Bantam Borough Hall, 890 Bantam Rd. in (you guessed it) Bantam, Ct.
It is from 9:00AM - 4:00PM.
9:00-12:00 we will have an ALL LEVELS Yoga class (taught by me), a two hour break for lunch and relaxing, then from 2:00-4:00 a "Process Art" class lead by Pamela Hochstetter. You do not need any art experience at all!

The cost of this workshop is only $100.00 which includes all art materials.
